1/10/08 - BK's Creative Catering looks forward to 2008 and participating in Taste of Fort Worth to benefit Big Brothers & Big Sister of Forth, Lean Pope Dessert Fantasy fundraiser and Empty Bowl fundraiser to benefit the Tarrant County Food Bank.

12/13/07 - BK's Creative Catering, Sysco, Ben E. Keith, Royal Cup Coffee and American Foods are pleased to announce the 5th annual support of H.O.P.E. Farm Christmas Reception by donating food, time and equipment for the H.O.P.E. Farm organization.   

11/5/07 - BK's Creative Catering  and US Foodservices generosity saved Partners Together for Health a huge expense by supplying the food and labor for the golf tournament box brunches. They were truly appreciated for the time and expense they gave to the Partners Classic Box Brunches. 

08/14/07 - BK's Creative Catering was featured in the Star Telegram as on the four Caters for the newly opened to the public Stonegate Mansion banquet facility.

07/29/07 - Executive Mark Hitri attended catering training classes at the premier culinary department at the University of Louisville. Chef returned with many new creative ideas.

06/29/07 - BK's pleased to announce the 4th annual support of H.O.P.E. Farm by hosting a cooking class for the littlest boys of the organization. 

04/29/07- B.K. continues to participate in the Taste of Fort Worth to benefit Big Brother & Big Sister of Fort Worth.

02/19/07-B.K has continued to participate since the first annual Lena Pope Dessert Fantasy fundraiser.

02/16/07- B.K. continues to participate in the Empty Bowl fundraiser to benefit the Tarrant County Food Bank.

06/01/06 - B.K. was presented, in Houston, at the Texas Restaurant Association Convention, the 2005-06 Outstanding Caterer / Restaurateur Award for the Tarrant County Chapter.

 

1/4/06 The Tarrant County Chapter of the Texas Restaurant Association will celebrate the successful "3rd Annual Chef's Dinner" held at the Cultural District Banquet Centre, home of BK's Creative Catering, on Tuesday, May 9th, 2006.  Cocktails: 6:30 p.m. / Dinner: 7:15 p.m. $60.00 per person.

12/9/04 B.K.'s Creative Catering and other members of the Tarrant County Restaurant Association sponsored the Christmas party Open House for H.O.P.E. Farm at their new location on the Southeast side of Ft. Worth.

 

6/16/04    B.K.'s continues in it's support of H.O.P.E. Farm by hosting a cooking class for the littlest boys of the organization. The boys had a wonderful time and didn't make (too) much of a mess!

 

4/13/04    The 2nd Annual TCRA "Chef's Dinner" was a smashing success and a good time was had by all.

 

10/02/03    B.K.'s Creative Catering to participate in Meals-On-Wheels Annual Mardi Gras Party/Celebration/Fundraiser for the 8th straight year in a row.  The annual event, which takes place every year on Fat Tuesday will be held at the Will Rogers Memorial Center in Fort Worth on Tuesday, March 4, 2003.  See the Meal-on-Wheels website for more details.

 

3/31/03    The Cultural District Banquet Centre, home of B.K.'s Creative Catering celebrates the success of it's "1st Annual Bridal Fair & Open House Tasting".     

3/12/03     The Tarrant County Chapter of the Texas Restaurant Association celebrates the success of it's "1st Annual Chef's Dinner" held at the Cultural District Banquet Centre on March 11, 2003. Delicious delectables from Cafe Aspen, Scampi's, Sysco Foods, B.K.'s Creative Catering, Bonnell's Restaurant & Charleston's tempted the 60-something guests and raised much-needed funds for "Helping Other People Excel (H.O.P.E.) Farm".
